Our story

Kauaʻi's timeless tavern

Inspired by our rich Italian heritage, we're dedicated to bringing people together around the table to share in the joy of traditional home‑cooked meals, handcrafted cocktails, and the finest selection of bourbons and craft beers.

In the owners' words

Italian roots, American lineage

With both my wife and I proudly being of Italian American descent, and sharing the same passion for the food we grew up on and wanting to share it with others, it led to the creation of Bobby V's Italian Restaurant Pizzeria.

With BV's Bourbon & Ale House we now pay homage to our American lineage.

While we grew up with a heavy dose of pasta and pizza, there was also plenty of steak, burgers and hot dogs served in both our homes at dinner time.

And of course nothing pairs better with these offerings than a good bourbon or a cold beer, of which we have a few to choose from!
